Welcome to the Happy Gang Centre, a vibrant community hub dedicated to supporting seniors in Terrace and area. Originally established in 1957 as a branch of the BC Old Age Pensioners Association, we have evolved into the Terrace Old Age Pensioners Association (TOAPA) and now operate independently to provide a welcoming space for our members to connect, learn, and enjoy social activities. All of our operations are run by a dedicated team of volunteers.

The centre offers a wide range of programs including games, events, and affordable weekday lunches.  Our mission is to foster a sense of community while promoting the well-being of our members.
